Prof. (Dr.) Paresh Shah PhD, FCMA, FDP (IIM, Ahmedabad); in addition also holds graduate and post graduate degrees from university. Paresh Shah holds industrial experience of nearly decade with TATA group, and post doctorate experience of more than 21 years. His doctorate study was undertaken under the direct supervision and guidance of Prof. (Dr.) I. M. Pandey, Professor of Finance, and then Dean of Indian Institute of Management. The doctorate study was empirical study on Indian Electronics Industry with respect to Telecommunication and Computer Sector.

Paresh Shah is an Industry Academia and a Freelance Visiting Professor at several reputed institutions in state of Gujarat, Maharashtra etc. The area of interest is teaching, research and writing in finance and accounts area. He has published 28 research papers in international and national journals. Research papers five international researcher papers, three national level research papers and 20 research papers published peer reviewed journals. He has also authored elevan books, out of that five books are highly accepted at global market. The international publishers include Biztantra- Wiley India,Oxford University Press, and Lambert Academic Publishing, Germany. Paresh is recipient of thirteen awards at national and international level. The memorable major awards include: Very recently he has been declared as an awardee “Outstanding Management Teacher – Global by Management Teachers Consortium – Global”.

Salil has over 33 years of diverse experience spanning both industry and consulting in leadership roles with P&L responsibility. He brings with him an effective blend of technical and management knowledge acquired during his career in India and overseas. He has worked with the C-suite across businesses and industry verticals and developed a holistic perspective and the width and the depth to help unlock value in businesses. He is excited about creating new businesses and driving growth through appropriate strategy.

He has 17 years of consulting experience in business strategy, post-merger integration and process reengineering. He has helped clients in deriving sustainable value through acquisitions and in enhancing performance by integrating people, process and technology and adopting quality tools like Six Sigma, LEAN and Business Process Management. He has managed large programs and has helped organizations create value through higher productivity, faster service and lower costs.

His experience spans across manufacturing and service organizations and he has done projects across industry verticals namely – IT, ITES, telecom, retail, infrastructure, entertainment and media, hospitality, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, cement, heavy engineering etc. He has also worked with the government and with development organizations in a consulting role. He has led and driven new initiatives and successfully been involved in creating new businesses. In these roles he provided the leadership for institution building and leveraged his techno-commercial capabilities. He has wide domain knowledge across operations, human resources, information technology, finance & accounts and marketing.

Dr. Sanjeev Kumar obtained degrees of M.Com. L.L.B. PGDIPRL and Ph.D. He did General Management from Sloan School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston (USA) and Cobol Programming from IIT, Kanpur

He is a Fellow Member of the “Institute of Cost Accountants of India” (FCMA) and the “Institute of Company Secretaries of India” (FCS).

He has over 35 years’ rich experience in the field of corporate, business and economic laws, company law, indirect tax, corporate finance, accounts, costing, budgeting, MIS, systems, corporate affairs, merchant banking, capital market, mutual funds etc.

He is currently Managing Director of BPA Advisory Limited. He was Formerly Executive Director-Corporate and Legal Affairs with Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd., the largest manufacturers of sugar and ethanol in the country (4th largest in the world) as In-charge of Group’s Corporate And Legal Affairs for more than 12 years. He is also Founder and Chairman of BPA Foundation and President of the India Economic Foundation.

He has authored/edited about 30 books in Law out of which his work on Ramaiya’s Companies Act, 2013 (17th and 18th Edn.) is remarkable, besides his maiden book on Corporate Criminology.

He has assisted former Chief Justice of India in editing Civil Law Manual. He has also written the Mercantile Law Section of the Annual Survey of Indian Laws published by the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is prolific Writer for legal and research journals and newspapers, viz. Jyoti Kumar Jain, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having 33 years of corporate experience in leadership position in diverse private sector industries such as Paper, Distillery and Brewery, FMCG, Logistics and Metal Industry in India and abroad in the areas of Corporate Financing and Commercial Matters.

He has worked as Director in PVK Distillery Ltd in Modi Group in India and has held positions of GFC in Tower Aluminum Plc, Unit of Comcraft Group; UK

He holds distinction and experience of turning around the financial position of company through initiatives like budgeting, cost control and cost reduction. He specializes in preparation of business plan and detailed project report for financing the existing and new projects, working capital management, internal audit, forensic audit, taxation and legal matters

Dr. Amita Srivastava is presently holding position of the Director at Brencis Centre for Research Training and Consultancy (BCRTC.) Ghaziabad, India. She is throughout gold medalist and is a well-known expert in Management Philosophy, Strategic Management, Human Resource Development, Quality Systems and Human Values. She has worked for 24+years in areas of Research, Training, Consultancy, Teaching and Administration in Management.

She had conducted many FDPs and MDPs. She had done assignments for some leading Institutions of National and International repute like, IIM-(Lko), Nuvia (U.K), UNIDO, Central Defense Academy, Syndicate Bank, IBA, Semi-Conductor Complex Ltd, ABCL, Kirloskar Brothers, WPIL Ltd, Jaipur Stock Exchange etc. She was chief editor for Management journal- Attitude. . Pramod Kumar Narula is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 27 years of experience in Audit, Income Tax, Company law, Project Financing. He has wide exposure in conducting audit of banks, manufacturing companies, IT companies, NBFC companies, Trading companies and Infrastructure companies. Currently, he is engaged as Managing Partner of C.A. firm P.K. Narula & Co. based at Noida. He has made many other achievements as below:

Amarendra Kumar is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India, Qualified CMA in year 1997, Completed Doctorate in Project Finance & Appraisal in year 1998 , Six Months Executive Program in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Science ( 2017 ) , Attended MDP of IIM Bangalore , also Graduated & Post graduated in commerce with specialization in Accounts and Finance.

He has over 23 years’ Post Doctorate and professional experience to his credit and a very successful track record in his Academic and professional career. He is currently working as a Finance Advisor in DXC Technology, Bangalore, holding honorary position of President of Indian Society of Management Accountants ( ISMA ) and also in mentor board of Young Entrepreneurs Network-India . In past he has served several academic Institutions as well various positions in Corporate.

In Academic he served Indian Institute of Finance , SriSIM , BIMTECH , ITS , DBS and also in ICMAI in capacity of Lecturer , Professor , guest faculty and as an assistant director. In the Corporate he has worked in Indian Oil Corp ( 98-99 ), Associate General Manager in HCL Technologies Ltd ( 2006 – 2013 ) , General Manager in Pyramid IT Consulting Inc, Noida ( 2014-2016) and Master Financial Analyst in Hewlet Packard Enterprise
