Hitesh Chandel 

Hitesh Chandel is the Managing Director and Chief Mentor of Defined Values Consultants Pvt Ltd. Before entering into his entrepreneurial journey in year 2013, he worked with leading organizations like Prime Group, Maharishi Group, Perot Systems, MindTree Consulting, GlobalLogic and AON Hewitt on various technical and managerial roles for 14 years. He is also Founder and Managing Editor of Defined Values Publishers Pvt. Ltd and Advisor – Human Resources of Etre Luxe India Pvt. Ltd. He is also associated with CFO4SME.com as a Member – Mentor Board and is also the Delhi State Vice President of Social Life Services Organization (NGO).

There was something buried deep in his heart to channelize his energies towards organizing his country and re-establish its status as Sone Ki Chidiya (Golden Bird) and Vishwaguru (mentor of the world). This inspired him to do a deep research on the ancient Vedic philosophy and contemporary western organizational development philosophies to create a blended human and organizational development framework, Self-Actualized Leadership Development Program (SALDP), which has best of both worlds integrated into the same. He published his extensive research outcome in the form of a book titled, “Code of Citizen’s Conduct (Rashtradharma)” for which he was conferred with Pride of India Award by Pratima Raksha Samman Samiti (a National NGO working for the cause of Martyrs). He has codenamed the scope of work of his mission as Project YugParivartan.

He has organized and spoken in more than 25 public events and is also the Founder and Moderator of Self-Actualized Leadership Network, Self-Realized Mentorship Network, DVC-Business-Network and DVC-Trainers-Network. His company, Defined Values Consultants Pvt Ltd, achieved the 2015 Leaders Award by 24MRC Network under the category “Fastest Growing Consultancy Brand in Human Resources in Delhi/NCR”, under his leadership. To summarize, he is an Author, Serial Entrepreneur, Spiritual Revolutionary, Leadership Coach and a visionary thought leader.


Aparajita Prasad  

Aparajita Prasad is an IIM Ahmedabad alumna. She is a renowned Corporate Leader and Subject Matter Expert with over 15 years of experience in Business Research and Strategic Consulting across Europe and India. She has worked across many companies including Accenture, TCS, Evalueserve, Heidrick and Struggles etc. She later joined few Start-ups and contributed to their success. She has led huge teams and headed business units. Her experience spans across Strategy, Business Research, Analytics, and Consulting.

Currently, she is Founder and Director of MetaConnect Consulting. She is an investor and mentor to start-ups and on advisory board of many incubators and accelerators. She also takes many leadership training sessions. She Heads the Women Entrepreneurs Network (WEN) in India and is on Board of Directors for IIMSociety.org. She is a well-known speaker and panellist at major events.

Aparajita holds a formidable reputation of adjusting in any environment and bringing out the best in the team. Her value addition has been recognized by her employers and teammates much sooner than most leaders. She aspires to help anyone and everyone who crosses her path.

Aparajita holds a Masters in Biotechnology and MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. She is also a Certified NLP and Life Coach.

Shaifaly Sangal  

Shaifaly Sangal is a commerce graduate with MBA in marketing. She is owner of a recruitment, training and assessment company, Yung Minds, for over 12 years working with over 100 big corporates and startups including Eveready, Toppr, PNB Housing etc. She is the go to person for many organizations for HR related solutions and has got several recognitions for this.

She is also running an NGO , Bhavishya, involved in uplifting the not so privileged ones by providing education (Classes for close to 200 kids in Noida), clothes etc. She is a part of HR SUCCESS TALK (A HR community) where she recently undertook and executed an initiative of ‘Eminent Young HR Leaders Award’ which was well received.

She is also a webinar host with various series running on topics of importance during these testing COVID-19 times for the benefit of students, HRs, industry people and collection for PMcares fund.


Manish Kandpal  

CMA Manish Kandpal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and Delhi based Practicing Cost Accountant, Currently he is working as a Partner in a Cost Accounting firm M/s. MM & Associates. He is holding position as Secretary in renowned society “Indian Society of Management Accountants” (ISMA).

He has extensive experience in the field of Costing, Auditing, Accounting and Management Consultation. CMA Manish Kandpal is a one of the youngest trainers of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Department of Income tax and Various Commissionrate of Central Excise

He has also served the profession as member of the various committees of the Institute at very young age; He has been awarded by the Institute for his active and special contribution in the professional development

Various articles on various issues like Health Costing, Manufacturing Cost, Captive Consumption, Construction Costing, etc have been published in the NIRC news letter of the Institute.

He has been appreciated by the institute for his special contribution in finalizing the guidance note on Cost Records and Cost Audit in Construction Industry.


Kalyani Karna  

Kalyani is a commerce graduate and member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). She has been working in the domain of education sector for more than 6 years through her own set up of coaching classes “Kalyani Classes and Training Institute” (www.kalyaniclasses.in) and has been serving other private institutions also. Rishabh Aggarwal 

Rishabh Aggarwal is a Post Graduate in Finance from Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur and also completed his graduation from Satish Chandra Dhawan Government College which is affiliated to Panjab University. He has also been part of managing committee of Model United Nations (MUN) held at Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur. He has been a dedicated and passionate person about his career. Having a commerce and finance background throughout, he has exceptionally good knowledge about the numerous financial products which are currently available in financial markets. .

He is a person who generally thrives in fast paced environment and is always ready to face a challenging role. He inhibits an excellent ability of leading teams and to motivate others and in turn these qualities are backed by his quality of excellent communication skills at senior levels and his policy to taking initiatives allow others to work at their best of abilities. He is friendly, open- minded and knowledgeable financial analyst having a positive and sound view on all things in life.


Malti Yadav 

Malti Yadav is Sr. Software Engineer at Aricent Ltd, Gurgaon. In her 5+ years of experience she has responsible for product development, exploring new and promising technologies, exploring best practices of distributed software development.

She have experienced in product development, client engagement, architectural decisions, exploring and implementing industry best practices as well as contributing towards the technology roadmap for the organization.

Malti is actively involved in the entrepreneurship seminar, technical seminar, leadership networking programs and many more. Malti carries strong inclination towards social work.

Malti has completed B.Tech in Computer Engineering from GBTU Lucknow.
